We aim to process orders for small items within 1 business day of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holidays). However, please note that in some circumstances, it may take up to 3 working days to process the order.

Larger Items:

Larger items will be delivered either by our own dedicated delivery team or by a trusted courier service, depending on your location and the nature of the item. We aim to process orders for larger items within 5 working days.

Fitted Furniture:

Fitted furniture cannot have an estimated processing time due to the logistics involved. However, we are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process to ensure transparency and to provide you with the best possible service.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item, as well as the chosen delivery method. You can view the applicable shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

Delivery Times:

  • Small Items (Standard 48-hour Shipping): You can expect to receive your small items within 48 hours from the date of dispatch.

  • Small Items (1-Day Shipping Upgrade): If you choose the 1-day shipping upgrade, your small item will be delivered within 24 hours from the date of dispatch.

  • Larger Items: The delivery time for larger items may vary based on your location and the specific item. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery window when confirming your order.

  • Fitted Furniture: Delivery of fitted furniture will be scheduled in advance to ensure a convenient and hassle-free experience. Our team will coordinate with you to set a suitable delivery date and time.

Tracking Your Order:

For orders that are shipped using a courier service, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery. This allows you to stay informed about the status and expected delivery date of your package.
