That's why we've crafted a meticulous process that begins with your vision and culminates in the creation of custom furniture that perfectly suits your needs. From the first spark of an idea to the moment your handcrafted piece is delivered to your home, we're here to guide you through every step. Get in Touch

You start by reaching out to us through our website contact form, an email, social media or a phone call. This is where you can try to describe what you're looking for, any pictures or images you've seen of something similar are very helpful.

Share Your Ideas

Once we've had a chance to look over your initial enquiry, we'll be in touch to have a chat about your furniture needs and what you have in mind. Our aim is to truly understand exactly what you're searching for!

Design Brief & Quotation

We'll transform your ideas into a design proposal, which may include preliminary sketches or visual representations of your potential furniture. With this initial concept in hand, we can provide you with a rough estimate, giving you a close idea of what to anticipate for your custom-build.

Design Proposal & Revisions

If you're satisfied with your estimate, we'll ask for a small deposit to proceed to the design phase. (Please note, this deposit is non-refundable) During this stage, we'll create a comprehensive, true-to-life design that allows you to visualise your custom furniture within your space. If you're ordering fitted furniture, we'll need to arrange a visit to your location to obtain precise measurements. However, if your furniture is freestanding, we can proceed with rough measurements provided by you. Once the design is ready, we'll present it to you, and you can share your preferences or any desired alterations. We're committed to making revisions until you're completely delighted with the design.

Final Design Approval & Contract

Once you're satisfied with the design, you can give us the green light to proceed. We'll then provide you with a comprehensive price quote based on the finalised design. If you find the quote acceptable, we'll formalise everything in a clear and detailed contract. At this point, we'll request a non-refundable deposit for the custom build. This deposit not only secures your place in our production schedule but also covers the cost of the materials required for your project. 

Additionally, we will provide you with an estimated date for when your project will go into production, as well as an estimated delivery / installation date.


We'll notify you once your project enters the production phase and commence crafting your furniture. If you'd like, we'll also provide regular updates on its progress.

Delivery and Installation

Upon completion of your project's production phase, we'll collaborate with you to arrange a convenient delivery time. On the mutually agreed-upon date, we'll transport your furniture to your location and, if needed, handle the installation. For smaller or freestanding furniture items, we may utilise a trusted courier service for delivery.

Upon reaching this stage, you'll also have the opportunity to thoroughly examine and inspect your furniture to ensure your complete satisfaction.


Following the completion of your delivery or installation, we will promptly reach out to ensure that there are no issues and to address any questions you may have.


Now you've reached this stage in the process and your custom furniture journey has come to a successful and satisfactory completion.
